Technopark was established in 1993.

The new edition of regulation and constituted contract of Technopark was registered by Registration Chamber of Moscow Government: № 089.083 from 22.08 2001.

Technopark got the state accreditation of scientific organization according to federal statute “About science and science-technical policy”. Certificate № 3309 from 17.10.2001.

Technopark got state-public accreditation by Ministry of Education of Russian Federation. It was registered in the List of accredited university techno parks 02.11.2000 № 2.
